We also take this opportunity to discuss any pre-selected vendors you want to use, your budget, the number of guests you expect to attend and any cultural or traditional influences you may want to incorporate.

We can assist with all of your event design projects and we will find the right look and feel for your special event. We utilize the best vendors and work closely with them to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.
This service is perfect for our clients who require assistance from initial consultation to on-site coordination for your event.
We work side by side with you to design your special day starting with our design mood board.
We assist with securing vendors to execute your overall vision and we assist you to ensure that each of your vendors execute each of their respective roles the day of event.
This service is ideal for our clients who already have all of their vendors booked and who only need assistance on the day of the event.
If all of the details for your event has been made but you need a professional to oversee your timeline, manage your vendors and execute a seamless day, this is a great option.
This service begins approximately 8-12 weeks before your event, but we always appreciate additional time.
During this time we work closely with you to pull all of the pieces of the puzzle together and you get to be a guest at your own event!
